Beyond Pathetic - and blatant ****s to boot!
I have now had parcels couriered by Fastway six or seven times. Every time - note EVERY time - I have waited at home for them to deliver. And every time - note EVERY time - they fail to deliver and then blatantly lie that they made a delivery attempt. *******. You did not. I was here waiting for you. ALL DAY. Never in my entire life have I had to deal with such a pathetic courier company - and given your reputation on Hellopeter, I'm astonished that any one still makes use of Fastway. You deserve to be put out of business. Immediately.

05 Dec 2023, 20:41Sadly, I was forced to use Fastway again. The promised delivery date has now been missed twice - again. Please believe me when I tell you: Do NOT use Fastway Couriers in Cape Town. I spoke to customer service twice and was given an saaurance my parcel would be delivered on Friday. Nothing. I waited till Monday and phoned again. Before 17:00 I was assured. Nothing. Tuesday I phoned again. Before 12:00 I was assured. Nothing At 13:30, I phoned again and was given the driver's cell number. I phoned. Before 15:00, he assured me. Nothing. At 15:30 I phoned again. Before 17:00 - definitely. At 17:15, I phoned again. Before 18:00, I was told. Nothing. It's now 20:30. DON'T USE FASTWAY COURIERS. You have been warned.
