Beyond pathetic

<p>everytime a sender uses slowway, I cringe- courier guy and aramex take 2 days to deliver. These guys take nothing less than 7 days to me- they are the ONLY courier that calls my area a grey area so they charge way more than any other courier. Post office takes 5 days from anywhere in the country. At present I'm waiting for VA ********** 240 sent on 16 May... it's the 30th now. The Bloemfontein and Kimberley branches are most pathetic.. they need to learn atleast the meaning of the word customer service. Charging people ridiculous amounts then taking almost 2 weeks to deliver! You should be ashamed! </p>
