BELOW PAR SERVICES

I have been waiting for a delivery now for 3 working days. It is on board one of the delivery vehicles and everyday i hear it will be delivered by 17h00, and everyday everyone BUT Fastway shows up.

Then I call the customer service line, and insist on talking to a supervisor, just to have some chick put the phone down in my ear.

Your delivery services are far below par.
