BECAUSE FASTWAY IS A PRE-PAID SERVICE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE ****!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst courier company ever i would not recommend these *********** fools to any one not even my worst enemy. Our company uses these fools to courier stock to our JHB customers, but the service is disgustingly bad i have had my customers phoning telling me that their drivers are shouting and swearing at our customers that is matter number one. We have been requesting one POD for more that a month and still nothing till today. You can phone their head office and they don't know what is happening not even where to direct you this is after phoning multiple times. I have logged multiple online complaint over the last month or so and EVENTUALLY after 4 weeks of logging complaints some one emailed promising to send the POD (obviously still no POD) WHEN I FOLLOW UP TO FIND OUT WHERE THE POD IS THAT THEY HAVE PROMISED TO SEND THEY JUST IGNORE THE FOLLOW UP THIS COMPANY IS UTTERLY USELESS AND *********** BECAUSE THEY ARE A PRE-PAID SERVICE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER THEY ALREADY HAVE THE MONEY WHY SHOULD THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
