BAD/POOR/ service & communication

this is the worse courier company i ever dealt with in my entire courier experience, their service is so sucking and they don't have communication skills. They collected my parcel on the 21/06 from Buffalo int logistic dropped it at Midrand till today they still driving around with my parcel and the supervisor called me on the 24/06 afternoon and keep on telling me i must tell him how to do his job like he knows what is his job. I don't understand why do have to beg him to deliver my parcel.
