Baddest courier service in SA-Fastway couriers

I don't why this company is still operational, they have the baddest service in all SA couriers that I know. They are slow, tracking portal don't update. You call the branches it's like the employees are forced to work. Every time I buy something and see them as the preferred courier I cringe coz I had multiple bad experiences with them. But I see they don't even bother to respond so they don't care at all
