Bad Services and No customer etiquette

on 16th driver calls me in the morning and tells me I must be glad I picked up otherwise he would have left my parcel at the warehouse. I called back during my lunch he tells me I need to wait until he delivered all his other parcels but he will deliver before 5pm.I then called him again and he dropped the call.I called back yesterday and was advised that they can't do anything because the parcel came back on Friday and I must just wait until the parcel on route again
