BAD SERVICE , YOU WAIT FOR AGES for your parcel

I struggled to get a tracking number for my parcel, when I finally got hold of them they said their warehouse was broken into. 9 days later still no movement on the parcel, their online enquiry doesn’t work , WhatsApp number doesn’t work , their phone number nobody answers.
