Bad service with delivery still waiting for my parcel

They are keeping my parcel for days now without delivery . Their service is really bad. I tried calling their depot in Pretoria they answer the phone and keep me on hold till they decide to drop the phone . I don’t know the reason for not delivering as they don’t communicate with me and i am home the whole week , no phone call nothing . There is nothing fast about this company.
