Bad Service - Somebody else signed for items in the wrong City

Very bad service lately - maybe it is the Bloemfontein Franchisee Items 2 no was shipped with two tracking numbers after requesting numerous times when it wil be delivered and checking on the tracking i specifically said that i am in Heilbron NOT Bloemfontein

Suddenly the 2 items was delivered and signed for in Bloemfontein by a different person ODD the same signature---looks copied and pasted Still i have NOT received the Items Fastway says it has done as per their conditions very very bad service
