BAD SERVICE PROVIDER!! never use them again

I don't understand why TEMU keep using this slowest company to deliver our parcels, been waiting for the goods from the 24 Dec 2025 till date 05 Jan 2026, i haven't received my parcel. When you call you seat on the phone for almost 30 minutes listening to background music, and if that's not bad enough the consultants just take your tracking number down and tells you your parcel is out for delivery, and hangs up on your ear ..

FASTWAY Couriers should really look into their call center and their customer service departments cause really its dying slowly
