Bad service, poor customer relations

Fastway Couriers is really the worst, I am not sure why Avon keeps using them as couriers, every single month there is an issue with my parcels. It is either scanned in for collection, or left in the east bay unattended. They open at 8am, but by then the couriers have left and they cannot assist you at all. How does that work? Poor pathetic services by Fastway Couriers, and Avon is not doing anything to assist. Label Number AM***
