BAD SERVICE PHONE OFF

I had a parcel to be delivered yesterday The courier made me wait 8 hours as it said it was on its way to me. Such a waste of my time.

His excuse was he didn't have the proper address but he did. I called his cellphone many times and it was off. He texted me at almost 7pm and said he didn't have address but then why was his phone off the entire day. I even contacted his company and they just said " his phone is off" the company should give this man a warning his name.is Budamani
