Bad service, missing items.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fastway Couriers. I waited for a week for my package to be delivered for them to tell me they have lost my package (Apple Watch)and are unsure of its whereabouts. I am now forced to wait 6-7 weeks for them to investigate and process my claim, which is unacceptable and frustrating.!
