Bad service I ever received

I have ordered from SHEIN sometime last week fast way was supposed to deliver my parcel but they haven’t I received an email that states that my parcel was returned and I need to call them back for my delivery I did that ticket was sent out I again received an email that states that they couldn’t get hold of the receiver which was a lie because I was at home the whole time waiting for my delivery I asked the numbers of the courier guy he answered and spoke as he doesn’t care his name is KABELO *** I kept calling and he kept saying I’m coming you will get your delivery in a rude manner I paid for that parcel Is this service one needs to get l? Do I have to fight for things that I paid for? Management needs to intervene and have a word with your team this is totally unacceptable and pathetic your service is disgusting I need my delivery to be delivered your staff is rude
