Bad service from.Fastways Couriers

Lost my items while in transit and they are not taking any responsibility.My items were apparently lost when the courier car was hijacked and unfortunately that how almost my goods.But now im struggling to get my losynitems back bag Sue Fastways and Buffalo Logistics (Pty)Ltd are sending me from pillar to post..Its more than a month now.
