Bad Service From Molefe fastway driver and consultant Phuti
I tracked my parcel will fastway couriers yesterday, the driver who delivers for Sandton said he will deliver before 4pm,i even advised it was a corporate industry, after 4pm when I tried to reach him he did not take my calls mind you I'm the client here, he is suppose to render a service, his name is Molefe, I called the agent spoke to Phuti who assured me that my parcel will be delivered this morning, this morning when I called Phuti is telling me I must just wait the driver is not sure what time he will deliver my item,after waiting and the driver did not come yesterday and **** said he tried to deliver with no luck, security officer said no one came to deliver.

12 Jul 2023, 09:03Please never use Fastway courier service, their service is bad, their consultants are rude as well as their drivers, they treat you like you are a service provider and they are clients.

12 Jul 2023, 12:25I called fastway spoke to consultant Busi who was rude and hung up on me while I was talking, the driver cannot confirm delivery for my parcel, Molefe had my parcel since yesterday, I'm disgusted by fastway service it's really unacceptable, please when you place your order put on the notes that you do not want fastway courier service to be the third party because wow their service is just shocking, there are people who are looking for jobs while others think they are walking on water, clearly fastway does not teach their people about customer service.
The driver even **** to say he tried to delivered my parcel, he did not. Now he is making it deliberate not to deliver my parcel.

12 Jul 2023, 12:30Can I please get the depot name then arrange to collect myself, fastway courier service company does not do what they are paid to do, please can I get assistance, I need my parcel, I'm using my airtime to call as a client I'm really getting bad Service it's just shocking how people can be this rude, it's like they say when you work for fastway couriers this is the attitude you should have of not carrying.
