BAD Service from Fastway

I have ordered stufffrom temu and fastway courier was the couriers, handling the parcel. They took itfrom customs on the 2 of may 2025, the update shows that it is in transit between jhb and rustenburg from the 4 may 2025. I have phoned fastway Johannesburg and they told me it is on it's way to rustenburg and that they have it. As i have asked rustenburg fastway do not have the parcel and i have been asking every day and they can't tell me where my parcel is. The rustenburg fastway only sends me whatsupp's to say parcel is not hear. So i have asked them to find out and let me now... where i received a WhatsApp to say that they have emailed Johannesburg and up to now i haven't received an feed back on my parcel!!! This is now the 3 time we have problems with fastway the other times we were waiting for our car license and they also told us they don't have it ,until we got to them and then they find it ,this is bad level of service. And we must pay them but can't trust them to deliver. I want a explanation where my parcel is and way is it not delivered on time.
