BAD SERVICE FROM FASTWAY

My parcel from TEMU CHINA(Z***), arrived in SA on the 27-12-2025, Fast Way has not delivered yet, today they send me a message that: they cannot locate my place 49 Schreiner Street, Ext 73 Groblerpark. Nobody phoned me, just email treads. I called their *** it kept me online talking to the automated machine for 2hour. I manage to speak to the Edward ***, he was nonchalant and not helpful at all
