Bad service from Fastway Currier Service in South Africa

I ordered a parcel from abroad. Fastway was the assigned currier. When I had to pay my taxes and custom fees they notified me. I called the office asking for an invoice. They refused to give me an invoice. Why? Fastway what are you hiding? I have no problem seeing/downloading my invoices from other curriers. I also had to call my suppliers asking why I have not had updates for 5 days on the parcel. Once handed to Fastway the updates became irregular. 5 days before getting an update is not on. Then the office staff instead of trying to resolve the issue has attitude regarding this matter. I would NOT RECOMMEND Fastway as a currier.
