'Bad service from Fastway Courier

I'm so frustrated because of the poor service I'm getting from Fastway couriers. I have been waiting for my consignment since the 30th of December 2022 up to now. Been Tracking daily and receiving this message, which is updated daily "Your parcel has been scanned to Soweto Bay and is Scheduled for next day delivery". I'm at my wits end because No one seems to care or have the decency to respond to my emails and queries.
