Bad service from fastway

My parcel was collected 01/02/2023 14:51:27 by fastway in Durban, arrived in Pretoria 02/02/2023 06:16:13, parcel was left in Pretoria North Bay 02/02/2023 09:17:57.

Today is 2023-02-03.

When I called Fastway around 11 today, after waiting and being transferred, cut off for an hour, I was told sorry there are too many parcels, my parcel will only be delivered tomorrow 2023-02-04. Why are we paying and using Fastway couriers if Fastway cant handle the parcels they receive.

Fastway should change the name to Slowway!

I am moving back to Postnet and do not recommend Fastway couriers at all, call center is bad, and customer service worse.
