Bad service from couriers

Please change your name to slow way. Your staff needs proper training they absolutely useless for 5 days now the parcel is with courier then no its back in the dock. Now we have technical issues 😑 😒 please Temu and shein change the courier service this slow way doesn't know what they doing. I order from bash I never have a problem with their courier service. Your staff is giving your company a bad name
