Bad service from Courier company

I have been waiting for my Parcel from Fastway Couriers Bloemfontein from Yesterday.. I got an email 8h00 in the morning saying that I my Parcel would be delivered on the 08/11/2023.. I waited the whole day losing the Income in the process, I didn't even get an Phone Call advising me as when at least I should expect Delivery... I waited until 8 in the evening for my Parcel... This morning onbtheb09/11/2023 I receive an email informing me that Courier couldn't reach me On the 8/11/2023 that My Parcel was sent back to the depot that I must wait for the Next Delivery... I contacted the Office and I was told that The Driver had a lot of deliveries on the 8/11/2023 that mine will be send this morning that a Driver will contact me ASAP.. I am still waiting even now to be contacted.. I have never dealt with such a Pathetic and *********** company as this one.. I have have never been this frustrated in My Life due to Poor Service that I have received...
