Bad service

Hi just want to say I ordered stuff from a online shop and the supposed to deliver it its the worse service I ever got no one can help me this will be the last time I will order thru them my parcel is at one depo for almost 2 days I tried to call yesterday but no success spoke to head office the can't even help said they will get back to me I had to call again so yes this is the last time
