Bad Service - FASTWAY

Very Very bad service, you never get anyone to come back to you, when you have a query they do not come back to you, when you send a message for the courier to collect the parcel they ignore your message, when you phone the main centre, they never allow you to speak to a Manager. Have been trying to get a parcel out for over two days in vain.
