Bad service

Fastway delivery (CR***) at 19:45 on the 30/12/2025, called my phone. I missed the call and called back. The delivery person (who is paid I guess, to deliver to me at my address) said as I did not answer his call (he did not ring the doorbell) he dropped off the delivery at the boomgate. When challenged, he said that other customers requested this. Total arrogance, no apology, but said if I wanted, he would come back the next day and collect it from the boom and deliver it to me as he was already on the way home. This type of service is not acceptable. Will ensure that this company is never utilised by anyone I know.
