Bad service

Fast way couriers(Welkom) has been nothing but *********** and very rude to say the least,they go to an incorrect address and calls me to tell me they will not deliver my package(how must they know which shop) yet the address is stipulated there! Now I can’t get my package as they have many packages,I fail to understand how that is my problem!Then she goes and ignores me that rude woman
