Bad service

The driver in question is Sibusiso Ndaba, a driver who delivers for fastway around Weltevredenpark and Randpark Ridge with a sucking attitude towards the customers

the driver comes to my house Saturday , he hoots a lot outside, and I tell him to come in, but he replies with attitude that my company's policies prohibit me from entering other people's houses. He is very rude and doesn't treat customers with respect. When I went to him by the gate ,he asked for my ID, I said I didn't have it, and he swore and left with my parcel. His attitude is disturbing, you should not send someone like that to work with customers, please train your drivers on how to behave, otherwise we will not tolerate it.and we inform Buffaloz
