BAD SERVICE (EXTREMELY)

Hello,

I am calling regarding tracking number Z20******121

- Package has been at the cape town Depot at South bay since 01/12/22 06:57. - I called in yesterday around 2pm and the lady told me there is alot of deliveries, It is scheduled for delivery today (December 2nd, 2022). - I called this morning and the lady said she must check on the parcel, she will call me back, I said I dont trust that but she said she need to go to the other side of the depot to go find out, she will call me back. She calls me back after 1 hour and 30 minutes to tell me the same thing, that the package is at south bay depot and there are a lot of deliveries and their couriers are working tomorrow, so they will deliver tomorrow. I requested to speak to a manager and I was transferred to another agent and then that agent said she was not a manager and then transferred me again and then the line dropped. I spent over 45 minutes on the line with you guys and no success.

I have waited yesterday and today at home for the package, please escalate this ASAP as I will not be at home tomorrow.

This is extremely bad service.

I expect feedback ASAP!!
