Bad service ever

The service is very bad, I returned my order that I was not happy with in the 12th of December 2024 and I paid the required amount but the order was never collected instead on the 27th of December 2024 I got an email that my order was cancelled. When I try to call them they refer me on their WhatsApp which there's never an agent to chat with.
