Bad service ever

I don't think this company care about Thier clients at all. When I tracked my parcel on the 23 of January it says the parcel is onboard courier vehicle Pretoria, and I stay in Pretoria. I tried to call them but is hard to get the consultant, the line keeps on saying " press 1 for Temu delivery or press 2...." And it's irritating and it seems like this is the only way to get hold of you. I just want to know about my order 😔 please check my parcel 2G***
