Bad service delivery

I ordered a parcel from Temu I got an email on Sunday saying they received it at Fastway Couriers I phone yesterday to track my parcel was told it going to go out today just phoned them now to check at what time I can expect my parcel was told it's not out for delivery and when they asked the driver he told them he misread my area but there is only one area in my town starting with "Ch" so now I must wait until tomorrow for my parcel I feel that they should have asked him to go back and fetch it waisting my time really bad service I feel like swearing that's how angry I am I should wait another day for their mistake I hope they do t use this courier company in the future I never had any problems with Buffalo Courier they are the best
