Bad service delivery

I have been tracking my order to be delivered since 19Dec. To which it stated an attempt to deliver yesterday, however this is untrue as I was here and nobody came by to deliver. Today again it said parcel was in delivery schedule and latest time being 4.20pm. Delivery person details listed on online tracking were incorrect and he was very rude when I tried to confirm where parcel is. It is now more than an hour later. Still no delivery. I tried phoning the office but they are closed. Am email was sent by myself this morning and no reply to that either
