BAD SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!

We as a business use Fastway on a daily basis, in the past they have delivered on time. However recently I sent a big batch of goods out with them to one of my very important customers.

Firstly, upon delivery Fastway drivers showed up drunk, stumbling around on my customers property, not only throwing my parcels around but also dropping them. This parcel of ours contained well sealed goods however because of how they were treated most of the goods were damaged. We as a company had to send replacement goods to the customer using another courier who got the goods there in tiptop condition within two days.

Fastway collected out damaged goods and took it to their depo, nothing was returned to use and we were asked to launch a claim. We did fill in all our claim forms and handed them to our Fastway representative as asked to do by Fastway.

It has being over two months and out company has not been reimburse for the losses. Every time we request feedback we are thrown around between a few of their agents until we are once again ignored. Please be very careful before using Fastway , especially for your business! OUR LOSS ON THIS ORDER : R28000.00. This was the worst experience I have had with a courier company.
