Bad service delivery

I am writing to express my ongoing frustration regarding the repeated delays I experience when receiving parcels through Fastway service. Despite raising several complaints in the past, I have not seen any noticeable improvement, and the situation remains unresolved.

Compared to other courier companies such as The Courier Guy, DPD Laser, and RAM, Fastway’s delivery service has consistently proven to be less reliable and more difficult to deal with. Receiving parcels has become a hassle, which is extremely inconvenient.

I would appreciate it if someone from your team could provide feedback on this matter and advise on the steps being taken to improve service delivery. As a customer, I believe I deserve better service and communication regarding my deliveries. Parcels are always delivered late. This is horrible service.
