Bad service delivery

Such poor customer service, I have been waiting the whole week for my parcel to be delivered and they just keep on giving me excuses, I called yesterday and I was told that they will deliver it today and they haven’t, this parcel was coming from Buffalo Int, being mad is an understatement!!!! This is very unprofessional of them
