Bad service

On the 11th of Aug 2020 fastway couriers collected a parcel from New Kayo Nazaar in Krugersdorp for delivery Danielskuil Northern Cape I paid R172.50 it took fastway 9 DAYS TO GET IT DELIVERED. WOW FOR BAD SERVICE. They dont even let me know it was delivered. The place where it was delivered send a sms to say there is a parcel for me. This is the second time I got a parcel through them. Never in my whole life again. In future I will ask where I buy which courier people they use and I will rather arange my own collection than to use fastway. They must change their name to slow way or no way.
