Bad Service

The driver at first did not even get off the vehicle. After sitting in his vehicle for about 2 minutes, he got off, and stood aside his vehicle. I was out side waiting fro some interaction from him. He then poked his head into his vehicle, and phoned me. He said to me over the phone that he is at my gate. I rep**** that I could see him. He once again just stood there looking at me for another minute, and then got into his vehicle, and sped off. When I contacted his office, I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes, then transfered to a manager who never answered the call, and I was cut off. I called back again, and went through the same process of being placed on hold, then transfered, and then being cut off. This happened 4 times. The receptionist when asked for the senior Managers details informed me that he would be out for the day, but I could try him on the same number after an hour. She then put me on hold again while she searched for their head office number. Overall a terrible experience with this courier company. This was not the first time that we had such experieces with this company. I personally would never recommend this courier to anyone else, and I would even go so far as to advise others to snot use this company.
