Bad Service

I shopped online and fast way is the 3rd party delivery service who hasn't delivered my parcel since the 6th December 2022. Everyday I would log on the tracking portal and it would say, your parcel has been scanned for next day delivery, i've made calls and nothing has been done, it's been 4 days and I haven't received my parcel.
