Bad service ever, I got an email early in the morning saying my package will be delivered today. Because of that I decided to work from home and not got o the office. Around 12:30 I got another email saying Sorry we missed you and your courier has taken the parcel back to the depot. I missed work because of you and you take the parcel back without even calling me
