Bad Service, Bad couriers, ****s

Bad service indeed. So I asked for a Qoutation, which I got. And it had banking details . I paid for the courier cost. When they are supposed to collect they tell me do put money into the account on the their website for them to collect. Which is R500 that time my collection is R120. I then asked for a refund. I sent them an email to Nothando but they ignored my emails. I want my refund as they did not collect my parcel as per their Qoutation. What bad service.
