Bad service and worse communication

Parcel still not delivered, tracking says delivery was attempted which it was not. Phone rang for 8mins and still only 15th in line. Chat eventually got answered and Abigail said courier ran out of time. She said will deliver and then she didn't answer any of my further questions. This company seems very unreliable
