Bad service and poor communication

I am so disappointed with this courier services. They do not communicate with their customers. When you call their landlines they redirect you to their WhatsApp and they still not responding on WhatsApp. It's been three days and my parcel when I track it, it's on board delivery vehicle but it doesn't get to me. When you contact the local driver he tells you to remind him about your parcel as if it's now your responsibility but you are a client t. Such bad service
