Bad service, and no sense of agency.

Worst courier company ever, in all my orders they always collect fast from the supplier but take weeks to deliver your parcel. And the is no excuse except that they disrespect their customers. On the 15th of this month the didn't send me a message to say they will deliver and just called to say they are at the gate, then went back with the parcel and took a week to deliver it. Even now I have two parcels they had collected but a week later I have not received my parcels. I really hate fastway, they don't have a sense of agency.
