BAD SERVICE AND NO COURTESY FROM THE DELIVERY GUY

I had a parcel from Temu and the delivery guy buzzed at my complex and i told him i am at work (we work for a living, there is no way i am at my apartment 24/7), now i get an email saying you couldnt locate me. What is difficult in calling and asking the convenient time to deliver. Your delivery guy lacks customer service nje. I'm irritated.
