Bad service and lack of response

A parcel was sent on 05 December. It was sitting on the floor from 09-15 December and then I was told they are unable to deliver. Now I’m told there is a problem with the parcel but nobody is answering calls or emails or even online queries. Is anyone at fastway still working and can they asssit?
