Bad service and lack of communication

I am reviewing Fastway Couriers Johannesburg branch specifically here. I booked a parcel to be collected from an address in Pomona on Wednesday 21 July 2021. Pick up had to be done before 12h00 on any given day. After several attempts to call them and having had to listen to endless music on the phone, I finally got to speak to someone who informed me that they are trying to arrange for collection still, as this area is only serviced by them in the afternoons. Excuse me, it takes them a week to try and plan their route? Lack of management involvement I would say. WAKE UP FASTWAY!!!
