Bad service and delivery still not here

They take their time with their delivery and their service is bad, you can't call them and on whatsapp they don't give you an assistant to help you. I have been waiting for my package for almost 4 days and it's in Pretoria which is where I live and the website says it's out for delivery but it still hasn't been delivered. This a bad courier company
