Bad service and delay in receiving my parcel

I had a parcel sent via them on the 17 December tfrom jhb to cape Town on tracking it shows the parcel arrived in cape Town on the 19th seens then no parcel has arrived my end. I called they offices and they told me they not sure the parcel is sitting at east bay. I sent a mail and a guy frm a Jhb responded and updated my address but still nothing have come my way. When I call the customer service they transfer me and call is dropped. Just called now no assistance received held on the line for manager phone just ringing.
